Accord Law Chambers (“ALC”) was setup in 2021. Since its inception, ALC’s focus is on providing practical solutions to its clients to serve each client’s best interest. The firm has always been client-focused.
We are a relatively new law firm that is currently expanding in the legal industry. ALC is currently looking for candidates who are equally driven to succeed.
Business Development
The business development team plays a crucial role in any organisation. We rely on the business development team to increase our client base and also to supplement our other marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
1. To expand client base for dispute resolution work, accident/insurance claims related work and/or corporate work;
2. Manage client relations for us;
3. Handle enquiries regarding our services;
4. Keep the management updated;
5. Provide reports on sales expansion;
6. Act as a liaison between the lawyers and the clients when necessary; and,
7. Be the brand ambassador of the firm.
Qualifications
1. Must possess good inter-personal skills;
2. Minimum of GCE A levels or Diploma;
3. Be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin;
4. Must be familiar with digital marketing tools;
5. Must have good customer service skills;
6. Possess good analytical skills;
7. Familiar with MS Office;
8. Must be able to do presentations to clients;
9. Must be a team player; and,
10. Prior experience in handling business development for a law firm is a notable advantage.
