We are looking for a Bid Executive (Staffing Solutions) to join our organization, Manpower Staffing, under ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company helping organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing and managing the talent that enables them to win.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for identifying tenders on the respective platforms and to assess the suitability. He/she will also be the main liaison point for incoming requests from the global / regional team and to support the Country Head, global and regional teams with periodic reporting.
Role Highlights
- To be responsible end-to-end from identifying, quantifying, and clarifying suitable tenders daily for Government and GLCs from GeBiz, Sesami and other platforms to submissions and execution of tenders.
- Take responsibility for delivery of all tender elements with minimal supervision.
- To be in-charge of the tenders awarded by leading the discussions with internal and external stakeholders in preparation for the execution of the project and to follow through the entire project duration with constant updates to clients.
- Building rapport and maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Prepare/improve weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs reporting templates/dashboards.
- To support global/regional teams with reports of key clients spending and activities when requested.
- To be the main liaison for all global/regional requests directed to Singapore.
- To support Country Head in preparation/submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly reports using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Excel by gathering data from internal stakeholders.
Profile and Experience
- At least 1 year’s experience working in temporary or contingent staffing in an agency environment is required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to visualize issues and communicate locally within the region, cross region or with different cross functional teams.
- Ability to work proactively and independently to interact with stakeholders, understand needs, and present findings, and documents with clarity verbally and written
- Meticulous
- Responsible, independent, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools
- Self-driven team player with ability to learn quickly, and apply new tools and techniques
- Outstanding organization, coordination and leadership skills
