Job Requirements

• Self-motivated, meticulous, hands on, able to work independently and proactive team player
• Meticulous with excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced dynamic environment
• Good communication and organisation skills
• SAP/Yardi knowledge advantageous
• Basic accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
• University degree/Diploma in Accountancy

Job Description:

• Provide call centre / technical helpdesk support and services

• Provide front desk service and attend to visitors’ enquiries

• Perform administrative duties, such as data entry into the maintenance management system, handling emails, faxes, etc

• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE O level with 3 years of relevant experience.
