Responsibilities

• Build and manage key relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporate, individual, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor, collect and interpret data to deliver insightful findings to optimize online and offline fundraising efforts.
• Identify and work together with the communications team on outreach and online fundraising campaigns, and the creation of fundraising collateral materials.
• Explore diverse fundraising channels and streams to build and manage the pipeline of future donors
• Ensure that there is compliance with all statutory requirements including IRAS, Data Protection, COC, Charity Act

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Administration / Digital Marketing & Communications or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in fundraising or related field in business development/sales can be considered.
• Independent, organized, meticulous, analytical and creative with good problem-solving skills team player and interpersonal skills
• For candidates without non-profit experience, a proven ability to learn new skills and apply them to a new environment is an advantage.

2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY / TASK DESCRIPTION



▪ Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules

▪ Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of

items on board

▪ Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board

▪ Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities



3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures/system

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of

supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his

group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other procurement tasks as delegated by the Technical Superintendent

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate

short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Technical Superintendent on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

4. REPORTING LINE (FUNCTION REPORTS TO)

• The Procurement Executive reports to the Technical Superintendent.

5. Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry

Requirements
