· Providing secretarial, administrative, and personal support to MD.

Job Description

Job Description

• Manage and maintain all ICT & AV equipment (including inventories, loan, procurement and condemnation)
• Manage and maintain computer labs and control rooms
• Assist in the deployment and use of students’ Personal Learning Devices (PLDs), including repairs and DMA management
• Provide support to ICT department to create content for ICT lessons

Requirements

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pm, inclusive of 30-min lunch break
• Service may be required on Saturdays and/or weekday evenings to support school events. Should there be a need for the service, personnel will be given time off on another day.
