• Ensures that all banquet functions are well set up and organized.
• Prepares monthly & weekly forecasts and distributes to department concerned.
• Checks and ensures the timely submission of the Daily bar inventory and par report, against restaurant or bar sales report at the end of each shift.
• Prepares effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance to volume of business.
• Establishes two way communications with related departments like Banquet sales, Kitchen, and other departments.
• Attends daily F&B briefing, F&B Meeting in the absence of the Banquet Manager, and all other training sessions and meeting required for the position.
• Reports and controls breakage and losses in the banquet section.
• Directs all efforts in the banquet service to maintain all service standards established for food and beverage service department.
• Follows the cleaning schedule established for banquet section.
• Capable of receiving and handling banquet booking inquiries and special arrangement.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Banquet Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of Diploma/Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
• Experience at least 2 years in banquet service.
• Good knowledge of the banquet operation and high-end service levels.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both in written and communication.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate.
• Organized with strong planning, good communication and interpersonal skills

Class 3 - Manual Licence

Commercial Vehicle - Lorry provided ( Able to drive back home + Season Carpass )

Pick up workers from dormitory & Transport workers to work site & transport workers back to dormitory after day work

Salary range from S$2,100-$2,600 depend of experience and qualification

AS A SUPERVISOR, OVERSEE THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES THAT TAKE PLACE ON THE WORKSITE INCLUDING ENSURE OF SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL WORKERS UNDER YOUR SUPERVISION, QUALITY CONTROL AND COORDINATION WORK TO MEET THE PROJECT REQUIREMENT ON SAFETY, QUALITY, PROGRESS AND COST CONTROL AS WELL.

TO LIAISE WITH CLIENT'S PROJECT ENGINEER AND PLAN FOR DAILY AND WEEKLY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY.

TO WORK WITH ENGINEERS AND ENSURE FULL COMPLIANCE OF RELEVANT COMPANY, GROUP AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY REGULATION, CODE OF PRACTICE, STANDARDS, AND PROCEDURES OF PROJECT CONSTRUCTION WORKS.

SUPERVISE A TEAM OF WORKERS ON DAILY SITE OPERATION.

PREPARE AND CONDUCT MANDATORY SITE MEETING / TRAINING AS NEEDED.

INSPECT WORK AREA REGULARLY FOR POTENTIAL HAZARDS AND RECTIFY IT.

MANAGING AND RESOLVING SITE ISSUES.

REPORT TO PROJECT MANAGER/ SITE MANAGER PROJECT SCHEDULE.

MONITOR AND COORDINATE THE WORKS WITH FOREMAN ON SITE.
