Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, support and oversee the daily operation of the Front Office team to ensure all guests receive a consistent luxury experience. Ensure settlement of all 3rd Party TA accounts on a daily basis.

Ensure settlement of Long Term Guest bills on a monthly basis.

Ensure necessary discount or adjustment for Long Term Guests are applied

Bring forward all No-Show bookings in accordance to hotel guidelines.

No Show reservations are to be highlighted to Room Reservations Team.

Ensure to send message reminder to guest with High Balance/Credit Limit.

5. CLOSING SHIFT

Reconciles Cashier totals with the Opera Cashier Shift Closing for Cash Payment, Credit Card and E-Payment.

Ensure necessary supporting documents and vouchers are submitted.

Ensure that cashier closure tallies before submission to Finance AR Team.

6. OTHERS

Performs allocation of rooms based on guest reservation preferences on daily basis.

• Assist the Duty Manager to run the department, ensuring a smooth operation at all times
• Ensure rooms are blocked according to guests’ preferences and requests for all Front Office sections
• Be well-versed in the Front Office operational procedures & PMS and guests key card system software
• Control rooms situation at the desk and giving clear direction to associate on rooms
• Act immediately to resolve any negative feedback from guest and feedback to duty manager for a follow up

Requirements:-

• The incumbent is expected to have a track record of at least 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
• You need to be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You should also be adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
• You will possess superior negotiation skills and a Will-to-Win mindset.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR ACTIVITIES

· Development of lighting solutions for different projects together with lighting consultants, architects and Sales Team

· Create 3D lighting simulation with DIALux EVO

· Light planning with software tools such as AutoCAD and Photoshop

· Setup sample mock-ups for customers to show lighting effects

· Research and prepare power point presentation regarding LD concept or lighting related technical topic

· Presentation in front of large crowds

2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

· Tertiary education in interior design, architect, electrical engineer or related fields

· 3-5 years working experience as lighting designer, interior designer, architect or electrical design engineer

· Post graduate can apply as well.

· Experience with DIALux EVO, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup

· Experience with LED luminaire and technology will be an added advantage

Job Requirements

The Front End Developer would be required to build and modify responsive web pages for the Thai market using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. based on the visual briefs. The incumbent would have to work on the localisation of the page(s) based on the assets provided. This includes updating links, images and text.
