• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Must have existing overseas connection (Thailand) and fluent in thai
• Working hours 9pm to 6am

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team in administrative works including but not limited policy issuance via insurer’s portal, checking and follow-up of policies
• Liaise with Insurers to obtain the most favorable coverage on client’s behalf.
• Collate documents and information relating to claims
• Handle and manage renewal business
• Ability in handling clients and communicating with underwriters
• Any other tasks assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in administration positions
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI certifications will be an added advantage
