• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimally 8 years of Audit & in-house accounting experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar role within the real estate industry.
• Hands on experiences in J-SOX and J-GAAP with international standard.
• Familiar with Singapore and regional taxation matters.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager and handling multiple entities.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

Job Scope

• Conduct market analysis and develop overall business plan to align and strategize brand and product portfolio
• Strategize market entry, manage regulatory compliance and GTM plans for targeted territories
• Identify and develop potential territory and channel partners
• Periodic business reporting of progress, budget, pricing and P&L analysis
• Drive sales and market development with channel partners
• Independently manage operational and fulfilment functions
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Min. 3-5 years of relevant business developing experience in the FMCG/ food/ health supplements industry
• Experience in trade marketing is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel
