Job Description

As the Manager, Digital Empowerment, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and manage clear roadmaps for digital initiatives, setting objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with the division's digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects.
• Drive digital empowerment initiatives, including the establishment and management of digital Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Spearhead digital innovation and transformational initiatives, promoting the adoption of automation technologies such as RPA, chatbots, and M365.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop annual plans and budgets for digital projects, and efficiently managing budget portfolios and utilisation.
• Serve as the digital representative, providing expertise and guidance in projects, task forces, committees, and initiating open conversations with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, to ensure system service levels are met and providing prompt support for any system-related issues that may arise.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, regularly assessing their viability and potential adoption.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within SingHealth.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned within the Office of Digital Empowerment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be advantageous.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including roles of a similar nature, with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Highly proficient in one or more of the following areas - cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Demonstrate excellence in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them in a timely manner.
• Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to translate digital strategies into actionable plans.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Able to deal with all levels of staff (medical, nursing, pharmacists, allied health professionals, dental and administrative and ancillary staff).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To perform all duties as a WSHO and FSM as stipulated in the Workplace Safety & Health Act and Fire Safety Act.
• Fire Safety Manager shall visit the sites and advise on all fire safety related matters as required in the Fire Safety Act and Regulations in aspects applicable to each site.
• Conduct fire safety inspection on each site at least twice a year and a report submitted to advise client any fire safety risk and to ensure compliance with the Fire Safety Act,
• Advise client on their fire emergency evacuation plans and procedures,
• Ensure that escape routes are not obstructed by unauthorized structures, goods or other disused items,
• Identify and advise client sites to eliminate potential fire hazards, and
• Ensure fire safety equipment, fire safety related systems installed and firefighting equipment are inspected and serviced by Contractors; and are operationally ready at all times.
• Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) is to provide safe work standards and practices.
• Review contractors’ site-specific risk assessment, safety documents etc. and to provide advice before work is done.
• Conduct checks to contractors to ensure there is adequate supervision of workers safety onsite and to make sure that they are complying with good WSH practices.
• Generate Fire Safety / Workplace Safety reports for submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience and shall have a valid certification from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) / have a valid certification for Workplace Safety and Health Officer from the Ministry of Manpower.
• Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess basic knowledge in contract administration, authority requirements and Workplace Safety & Health Acts.

The Facilities, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all facilities, promoting a safe and healthy environment for learners, staff, and visitors. This role encompasses overseeing maintenance, managing health and safety protocols, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the school premises, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Job Scope:

1. Office Management Administration & HR Administration (40%)
   • Responsible for day-to-day office management and to ensure efficient office functioning.
   • Liaise with all the departments and support across the office and within the Company for administration of Purchase Requisition Form, invoices and HR administration.
   •Handling office communication. Effectively communicate HR policies and
   practices. Circulate administrative information to employees.
   •Prepare and review company documents and employee’s visa/work pass

   • Manage company procurements and ensure that budgets are updated
   promptly and on a regular basis.
   • Monitor cashflow positions regularly and make recommendations for
   excess funds management
   • Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget and monitor against actual
   results.
   • Work closely with MD and head of department to prepare 2 years budget
   plan according to HQ format.
   • Prepare the year-end financial accounts and maintain standard financial
   and administrative procedures
   • Liaising with internal and external auditors, corporate secretary and other
   governing bodies to ensure statutory requirements are met
   • Liaise with Corporate Secretary for matters relating to ACRA filing, Board Members and Board Resolutions
   • Ensure that all bank accounts and credit card statements are regularly
   reviewed and reconciled
   • Support Head Quarter (HQ) in the provision of accounting report and
   accounting support.
