Conduct operational and financial audit review in the business units within the Group.
Conduct review for compliance with policies, procedures and accounting standards. Ensure that the companies comply with Group policies and procedures.
Perform data analytics and utilize it as part of the audit activities and monitoring.
Perform process risk analysis, walkthroughs and mapping/ flowcharting of key processes.

Job scope

- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage

- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for the operations work related to Genshin Impact;
• Work closely with game development team by providing essential information and insights, allowing developers to make informed decisions based on the players' feedback and analysis;
• Align core product designing goals and in-game content in versions with the game development team;
• Carry out product analysis through various types of player tests and different analysis to provide product optimization plans, keep track of progress in versions, and ensure game content quality;
• Enhance the communication and connection between players and product side with various measures.

What You Will Need:

• Loyal game players, basic understanding of the gaming industry, familiar with various video games, especially mobile ones;
• Extensive gameplay experience with Genshin Impact is a plus;
• Strong ability of logical thinking. Have a brief knowledge of game designing, development, or operations;

To coordinate ocean freight services, products and operations.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in handling carrier and vendor relations
• Resolve capacity and service issues with carriers and vendors
• Assist with ocean freight costing & pricing
• Conduct margin analysis to identify opportunities to improve margin
• Support the customer service to ensure all operational queries and issues are resolved timely
• Perform data analysis and provide feedback to management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above

Experience & knowledge:

• At least two (2)years experience in freight forwarding industry
• Experience with Cargowise highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and local languages
• Proficient in MS Office applications
