What you will be working on:

(1) Development Planning

• Responsible for strategic upstream development planning, with hands on experience in seeing through the life cycle of project implementation, variations management and project account closure.

The role reports to the Senior HR Manager and will be responsible to provide expert advisory and guidance to senior leaders in the Southeast Asia region.

In doing so, you will serve as a key advisor to one of the business units, hire top talent, build employer branding, improve engagements, manage employee relations and performance management.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with good knowledge in Employment Act, strong communication skills, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Overview

As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development Department under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategy/plan to develop the healthy precincts under your care

Requirements:

• Degree in Business with major in Human Resource
• With at least 3 years of managerial experience with HR supervisory experience
