• Ad hoc job duties, projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a HR and Admin manager
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration and office admin work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

As a Reservations Assistant Manager, you will assist the Reservations Manager in managing daily operations of the Reservations Department, including providing support, coaching, and training of the Reservations Agents. The role encompasses all aspects of reservations for the hotel. The Company

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager directly, you will be the key point of contact for financial reporting in SEA and work closely with the regional departments and the local accounting team. The key responsibilities include driving GL review, accruals planning, procure to pay analysis, tax reporting, reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly actual reporting in the group consolidation tool.
