• Work with the technical team to ensure that all fixes for maintenance projects are delivered on time
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaising with clients to discuss and identify their project requirements
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems that arises during project delivery
• Actively engaging customers to find out their level of satisfaction with the services provided
• Initiate processes to improve the service level provided by the company
• Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives
• Ensure project output consistently meets requirements and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in IT Software or related field.
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Project Management and Visio.
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A. Recruitment

- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure there is sufficient manpower to meet current and future needs

- From sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates

B. Training & Development

- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure that Staff possess sufficient and relevant skillsets required to meet current & future needs

- Develop training programs and ensure staff attends the required training

- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure training and development are carried out effectively and efficiently across the Company

- Liaise with the Company’s business partners (Poly, Crestron, etc) to ensure that we have the required certifications of skillsets and achieve Partner status

- Submission of Government Training Grants and Subsidies as and when required

C. HR Operation

- Maintain and improve the HRM system

- Supervise the HR executive for daily HR operation (statutory submission, employment pass, etc)

- Prepare & present monthly HR report

- Create a positive and cohesive working environment

- Recommend HR process improvements

Education Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in the full spectrum of Human Resources duties

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with recruitment

- Experience working in a company with staff strength between 20 to 80 pax

- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc) would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and preparing required documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and handling disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with local employment laws and company standards.
• Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) using HR information systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including commission payment if any, overtime verification and any other allowances and entitlements.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as insurances and medical benefits
• Administration of Work Passes including application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Manage staff resignation, end of contract processes, and exit clearance matters.

4. Performance Management & Development:

• Coordinate performance reviews and provide administrative support for employee evaluations.
• Help identify training and development needs and support the execution of learning and development programs.

5. Ad Hoc HR Projects

• Support ad hoc HR initiatives and projects as required, such as policy development, company events, and process improvement efforts.
• Perform other general HR admin duties.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR manager or Management
