Job Summary:

The Assoc Director / Senior Manager, Data and Analytics (C&B and HR Operations) will have dual roles in managing both HR data analytics /reporting supporting Compensation and Benefits and Talent programs across APAC region. Required qualifications, skills and experience:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 20 years of proven experience in executive leadership roles within the F&B and FMCG businesses

- Experience working within the Asia Pacific region

- Must be willing to travel and relocate for extended period
