Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Location : 501, Bedok South Avenue 3, Singapore 469300
Contract Period: 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025
Option to Extend: An additional 12 months, upon Institution's decision.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant will perform the following tasks :
Receptionist Functions: Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages from staff, parents, and the general public. Assist and/or direct pupils, visitors, and the general public.
Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mails. Scan documents and perform photocopying tasks. Manage and maintain the inventory of office supplies, including school stationery and toiletries.
Assist in preparing refreshments for guests.
Other Duties: Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Educational Qualification: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with familiarity in proper phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
