Roles and Responsibilities
· Handling local HR matters
· Coordinate internship program (local)
· Handling payroll (local)
· Maintain HR operational documents (E.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreement & Contract of Employment, etc.)
· Prepare ISO Documentation for Human Resource Department
· Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, offering, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts
· Onboarding and offboarding process
· Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records of employees
· Manage holiday calendar and leave balance
· Maintaining and recording employee attendance
· Support employee engagement activities in the company
· Compliance with government divisions
· Assist in any other task assigned
· Oversee daily HR operations of the HR department
· Assist Finance team on finance-related matters
· Assist IT Team on IT related matters
