Position : Temp Officer – Registration Division

You will provide administrative support to the Registration Division. Key tasks include:

• Update and maintain records of medical practitioners.
• Screening of medical registration applications and issuance of registration and practising certificate.
• Processing T-reg (training) / P-reg / F-reg applications
• Processing updating of particulars for medical practitioners
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Comfortable with data entry
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Operations Back Office Support (AR)

• Assist with AR department especially debt collection, invoicing
• Telephone customers to achieve payment
• Coordinate with Engineers, Licensing to check on invoicing
• Any other ad-hoc job being assigned
