The Operations Personnel position will entail the job of providing MNC bank with the support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of customer documentation services covering account opening/maintenance and investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scans, index, and archives documents
• Involves in data remediation exercises
• Involves in the validation of tax documents received via mail from customers
• Regular communications with branch and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of
concerns
• Performs callbacks to customers to verify customers’ demographic instructions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience (Degree is not a must).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good team player. Demonstrates a high level of diligence, motivation, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external
business partners.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Good execution skills in a multi-tasking work environment.
The work location will be in the Changi Business Park.
