Responsibilities:

- Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing

- Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews

- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files

• Assist to source for suppliers and vendors for viable F&B Options, accommodation, transport and recreational activities; ensure stakeholder’s satisfaction through effective control of supplier service quality
• Coordinate schedules and activities for incoming stakeholders
• Assist the HR manager to prepare HR documents, such as onboarding related documents, visa applications, and offer contracts
• Assist in recruitment processes for the company
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel management, Human Resources Management or Business-related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in hospitality
• Experience in providing VIP experience will be advantageous but not necessary

The Senior Executive will play a key role in supporting the strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of our Singapore online business. This person will navigate various aspects of online business management, including (digital) product management, operations, integrations with other SaaS, customer services, marketing and project management. They will work closely with the Senior Online Business Manager to execute business strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This role will also train the online business teams in APAC market and extend initiatives implemented in iHQ (Singapore) to the APAC market.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Manage and coordinate various project related to online business development, which includes digital product development & integration projects etc.
• Plan & prioritise product developments, including grooming the product backlog and scheduling releases. Comprehensively document (non-technical) backend and frontend system integrations & customer journeys for each product developed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.
• Manage project milestones and deliverables.

Marketing and Promotions

• Support marketing team & supplier management team in the execution of online marketing & promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.

Operational Support

• Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Streamline business processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Support Customer Service team by provide advice on customer enquiries relating to the usability of the online channels.

Strategic Planning

• Support the Senior Online Business Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Info Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of e-commerce/online business or product management experience
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
