• Assist the Project/Operations team in all aspects of project management such as project work progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, etc.
• Support Manager/s to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards, and local authorities’ requirements
• Provide admin & technical support on Maintenance and Repair works. Must be organised and meticulous in expediting project works.
• Prepare and consolidate quotations, tender documents and budgetary costing for repair maintenance, renovation, reinstatement and A&A projects. To expedite and follow-up effectively and closely.
• Follow up on submissions of licenses / permits / documents are completed by contractors
• Submission of project schedule, weekly/monthly reports, filing and document management, invoice processing etc.
• Liaise & coordinate with users/consultants/contractors/vendors/tenants or any relevant parties on all site matters during and beyond office hours. Ensure contractor in compliance with Landlord house rules & guidelines,
• Arrange and conduct progress / technical meetings.
• Willing to perform frequent Retail Store’s site visits for inspections when required.
• Involve in A&A (Alteration & Additional Works), Relocation, Pre & Post Renovation / Reinstatement works.
• Assist in operations when available/required
• Other Adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project works, preferably in public sector buildings.
• Proficient in excel and able to read basic design & technical drawings.
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work beyond office hours when required.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and tight project timeline.

Requirements:

• Pursuing Human Resource or at least 1 year working experience in human resource
• Strong command of English with good communications, writing and interpersonal skills
• Able to translate English HR communications to Mandarin due to high proportion of Mandarin-speaking staff
• Experience with recruitment and HR software will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Financial accounting

• Prepare monthly closing journal
• Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules

• Control chart of a/c, review consistency, control a/c creation and archive
• Review stock take reconciliation
• Assist FM in annual policy renewal review

• Preparation and finalization of budget and forecasts

• Maintain SG Motor Insurance Policy master file and co-ordinate insurance coverage of company’s assets

IT matters

• Implement and test new programs developed to ensure that they function correctly based on our requirement
• Set up parameters and interfaces in GDMS for new models and/ or franchise.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications - Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance with 5-6 years of working experience or Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of working experience
• Good Excel skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong GL knowledge
