Job description:

• Responsible for the whole IT operations within the company, including software & hardware support, security, anti-virus protection, network maintenance, club website, social media, etc.
• Provide all network, POS and PCs support in the Club
• Provide IT technical assistance and support for all staff within the Club
• Conduct training for non-technical workers on business information systems
• Conduct to diagnose, trouble-shoot and resolve problems with servers, desktop and networks
• Liaise in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support the Club's business information system
• Database management administration
• In-charge of software & hardware renewal licencing.
• Responsible for documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands on experience in administering Office 365, Active Directory, LAN & WAN network routing, IT infrastructure equipment and cyber-security solution

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required with strong knowledge of cost accounting.
• Experiences: At least 4+ years of experience with global manufacturing-driven organizations.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Drive, manage & present critical financials deliverables for the organizations which will include the the Internal Operating Plan (1 year), Interim Forecasting cycles (3 per annum) & Monthly actuals reporting (12 x per annum).
• Act as primary interface between manufacturing operations and plant managers to report financial results and assure proper controls. Develop and implement procedures that ensure compliance and consistency across the business.
• Maintain and develop key performance measures and tracking systems (through standard work) for each site to measure P&L results, capital, Inventory and cost savings projects.
• Manage & Co-ordinate Annual Standard Cost Roll for the Manufacturing Plants.
• Drive cashflow analysis and business case analytics for capital proposals and make versus buy decisions.
• Participate in daily Tier meetings, Gemba walks & develops finance metrics to support site performance and shop floor productivity
• Drives & owns the site E&O process with the planning team.
• Participates in the Material Review Board meetings.
• Perform an audit function where needed to assure reporting systems and processes are being followed on a consistent basis and within the company policies.
• Lead all compliance efforts including internal control and ethics policies.
• Prepare and reviews monthly results and ad hoc analysis to determine methods of increasing operating productivity through higher efficiency and/or cost control.
• Ensure business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and/or US GAAP.
• Actively participate and lead team on proposed new production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ensure smooth operation of the hotel’s system and networks which extends to both front office and back office operations, as well as the point of sales system serving food & beverage outlets, call accounting system, FCS Connects and internet communication system for both guest and administration.
• Liaise with vendor on 24 hours maintenance and support services on both hard and software in the event of any system failure.
• Assist IT Manager in organising and conducting training to the user department on all software application used by the hotel
• Resolve any routine operation breakdown in any user department. To relieve I.S. Manager on 24 hour on call support.
• Study and resolve any system problem.
• Coordinate and monitor front office and back office system operations.
• Solve daily system problems, rectify error (seek external assistance if required).
• Monitor system use and ensure security control.
• Coordinate and conduct system training for existing and new associates (users only).
• Ensure regular maintenance schedule for hard and software.
• Ensure procedure for physical security and custody of computer equipment is adhered to.
• Assist the I.S. Manager to devise and implement the Contingency Plan.
