As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will work across multiple information systems which focus on business systems, where you will also support with the implementation of new systems across the organisation and help maintain and evolve our existing systems though resolving routine ICT service requests and issues. As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with our Operational and ICT Engineering Teams to support the digitisation of their processes, enabling them to becoming more efficient. DUTIES

Your duties as the IT Service Desk Analyst include:

• Provide support as a project team member as needed 

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end IT support for the APJ region, providing frontline user support for desktop and laptop computers, applications, mobile devices, and related technology. The Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support Cloud Infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. YOUR ROLE:

The Senior Data Engineer will work on acquiring, storing, governing and processing huge sets of structured / unstructured data. You will bring a vision of the big data solutions landscape for choosing optimal architecture components to use for these purposes as well as a set of data engineering skills for implementing enterprise data foundations such as data lake.
