In this role, you can expect to:

• Onboard new hires, provision laptops, and provide technical support
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported problems involving data, account administration, desktop hardware/software, and applications, escalating to the next tier when appropriate
• Perform support requests on various cloud services such as Google Workspace and Okta

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, within the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

General responsibilities

• Expert level knowledge of SunriseTM suite of solutions data schema
