· Responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs throughout Flextronics
· Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.
· Develops and ensures adherence to project and program budgets.
· Organizes project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community.
· Participates with other managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.
· Directs the activities of program team members and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
· Interacts regularly with executives and customers
· Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flextronics capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
· Reviews aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
· Site representative to support Flex Global Cost Model Process lead by Quotation Manager for existing and new customer quote.
· Coordinate within site team and management to inputs, review and buyoff FGCM roll out by Quotation Manager.
· Be responsible for maintaining specific and program’s quotations. This include any ECO changes, monthly/quarter component price changes, rework, repair, etc
· Ensure Contract and service agreement requirements are adhered to by both Flex and the Customer
· Ensure that operations and the customer work within the bounds of the contract or service agreement.
· Manage the process to set and reset Customer Expectations ensuring there is clear alignment between the internal operations group and the customer.
· Work to ensure ‘ease of doing businesses between Flex and our customers
· Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection and related reviews and corrective actions.
· Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others.
· Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
· Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
· Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental ·Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.
Requirement
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in Program Management function
