As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be working with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
• Analyze marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation, to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth
• Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalized and engaging experiences for creators

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy 
• Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimization and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience of developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
• Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Support all email marketing activities pertaining to new product launches and campaigns - strong collaboration with key stakeholders and product owners on requirements, development, approvals, execution and post campaign reporting

• Content creation - Create compelling and engaging email content, and collaborate with design team and copy writers on execution and delivery

• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to deliver personalized and relevant email experiences.

• Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to improve key performance indicators.

• Implement marketing automation processes/CRM journeys and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

• Report and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven decisions.

• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

• Manage & maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring effective scheduling to drive traffic and conversions.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution or a fast learner with strong interest

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.

• Comfortable with managing data pipelines and customer segmentations for CRM targeting

The Lead-to-Cash Control specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end process of lead-to-cash processes within the company. The Lead-to-cash process encompasses all activities related to sales, order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficiency, accuracy and compliance of the above processes, leading to improved financial performance and customer satisfaction.

This position plays an important role within the Company in business process improvement projects and your main responsibilities are:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, sales, contract management, order fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition
• Implement and execute SOP for relevant business processes
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT, to streamline workflows and enhance process integration
• Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of lead-to-cash transactions and data
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment to minimize errors and delays
• Actively support the delivery of the operational processes and flow in the sales, procurement, and logistics activities and assist to streamline the processes to support the strategic direction
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve quality and operational effectiveness from Lead to Cash Control process
• Collate, analyze and map system to identify and provide advice on end-to-end process improvements
• Inculcate continuous improvement mindsets and customer experience through deploying Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking practices throughout the BU(s) supported
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, preparing findings, and developing process improvement solutions and recommendations to determine quality and operational effectiveness
• Provide training to internal stakeholders relating to processes and workflows
• Support in project management, when necessary, e.g., ISO project

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Business Process Management
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in managing projects, business analysis
• Familiar with ISO9001
• Solid project management skills, managing key stakeholders
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• PMP, CITMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified will be an added advantage

About This Role:-

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Services, you will assist in designing, implementing, and managing high-performance trading networks and datacentre infrastructure for the digital exchange. Your role involves supporting network configurations, overseeing installations, and maintaining and upgrading systems. Additionally, you will assist in providing innovative solutions to meet business challenges and comply with MAS TRM guidelines, while also supporting office networks, including WAN/LAN technologies, security, and wireless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in architecting, administering, and optimizing network infrastructure with a focus on ultra-low latency within a Colocation Data Centre.
• Work with Extranet service providers to support market data delivery and order execution, ensuring a fair and transparent market.
• Assist in the establishment of Direct Connect between Colocation Data Centre and AWS.
• Contribute to architecting, administering, and optimizing networks within AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Manage Cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization (preferred).
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, providing support as needed.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Support the deployment and management of server and storage solutions to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Document IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Identify and report potential risks.
• Participate in securing the network and IT infrastructure through best practices.
• Explore and adopt automation and innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, IT Security, and Application teams to contribute to the delivery of secure, resilient, and highly available infrastructure to support a 24x7 operational environment.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma or Degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline

Experience and Skill

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in network engineering, system administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates without experience welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of market venues and exchange protocols (FIX, Binary protocols).
• Possesses familiarity with low latency network technologies, including Multicast (IGMP, PIM), L2/L3, WAN Design, BGP, NAT, IPSEC, GRE is preferred.
• Understanding of server, storage, and virtualization technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrates familiarity with cloud and IT infrastructure components, and best practices is preferred.
• Ability to document configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic and challenging IT environment.
