SCOPE

This role will be the advocate of our Endpoint Privilege solution working closely with the all the functional teams, Product Management team and sales teams to formulate and execute go to market strategy, as well as identify areas of improvement with the aim of increasing CyberArk’s endpoint security brand awareness and market share.

Therefore, this person must have a good understanding of the current endpoint security market landscape across the region, competition and their modus operandi, as well as ability to identify area of focus to drive and achieve maximum returns on investments.

• You will establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive, business decision maker level including but not limited to CISO, CIO, and other executives responsible for endpoint security.
• You will develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefits, and risk.
• You will partner closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcomes
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and realization of the full value of Customer’s technology investment.
• Work with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend reach of CyberArk’s endpoint security solution in the assigned geography.
• Be recognized internally as a subject-matter expert on endpoint security including how to best position against competitors in our market(s).
• Supporting sales team to identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales quota.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years sales or consultancy experience in the endpoint security market.
• A demonstrated history of software sales consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quota.
• A demonstrated history of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.
• In-depth knowledge on endpoint security best practices and associated terminology and technology employed by large enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security vendors and products. Must be able to compare and differentiate with CyberArk solutions. An emphasis on endpoint security vendors and technologies in use across large enterprises for both on-premises and cloud is preferred.
• Interaction with Product Management to articulate custom requirements based upon customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and capable of presenting technical concepts and product solutions to audiences ranging from IT staff to business executives.
• Aptitude to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business use cases, and successfully positioning for wins.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations when necessary,

Role Purpose

This role is responsible to support global payroll processing. Liaising with payroll vendor globally for payroll related matters. Assist HR Manager on compensation and benefit scope. Tasks involved are compensation and benefits review, bonus plan and increment policies review, performance appraisal exercises, analysis of market trends, job evaluation, and related matters etc.

Role Accountabilities

Payroll Processing

• Responsible to liaise with payroll vendor for all countries payroll related matters.
• Liaise with HRBP and internal stakeholders on global payroll related matters.
• Responsible in all government statutory and ad-hoc surveys.
• Perform government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, FW levy and other related claims.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
• Coordinate all countries reporting including finance reporting.
• Generate payroll-related reports and analyses, including headcount, turnover, and government statutory reports.
• To support with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on audit related matters.
• Assist in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Compensation and Benefits Reporting

• Provide support for Annual increment, variable bonus and promotion exercises with HRBPs.
• Support HRBP in year-end performance appraisal exercise.
• Participate and conduct analyze results of compensation surveys.
• Assist in conducting job evaluation survey.
• Work with HR Manager to provide support to HRBP on Annual increment, variable bonus and promotion exercises such as providing the template and budgets.
• Assist HR Manager to develop and implement C&B policies, programs and procedures to ensure comply with current legislation.
• Assist HR Manager for long service award coordination globally including liaising with vendors.

Processes

• Assist to develop and maintain the standardized global payroll process flow and its related templates etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits.
• Liaising with HRBP and payroll provider on pay elements setup.
• Work with relevant stakeholders for data protection and privacy impact assessment and its related documentation.
• Identify pain points/issues timely by reviewing the standard processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/HR Management, or related studies
• At least 2 years of payroll processing/managing vendor working experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
