• Perform revaluation and allocation function in financial system as appropriate.
• Perform intercompany, loan, derivative and bank-related ledger entries.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial information on request. (e.g. Singapore Department of Statistics surveys)
• Participate in enhancing departmental procedures through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting accounting manager in other ad hoc assignments.

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in general ledger accounting or managing full set of accounts.
• Prior experience in Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• Strong computer skills and experience in computerized accounting/ERP systems. (e.g. Oracle EBS/Microsoft Navision) an advantage.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, meticulous with a keen eye for detail.

Finance Executive ($3,500 to $4,000 per month)

Job Description:

• Handle AP, AR, GL including monthly accounts submission
• Perform reconciliation
• Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Monthly update of loan and creating GIRO transactions
• Update of instalment payments and make reminder calls to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in Automobile sector
• Certification in ACCA and/or CPA will be an added advantage

Sales Executive

The Job

• Dealing with all range and multi brand of vehicles in regard to sales activities
• Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
• Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
• Purchase all types of pre-owned vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target

• Handle full set of accounts, including account payable, account receivable, bank conciliation etc, and for inter-related companies.
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Liaise with government agencies, banks, auditor and tax agent
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation for compliance
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks where necessary

Requirements:
• Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline
• Min 3-5 years of work experience including handling full set of accounts
• Meticulous and able to multi task
• Experience with Autocount Software will be an advantage

Customer Service Executive

· Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes

· Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers

· Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

· Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered

· Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner

· Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently

· Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement

· Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management
