You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing administrative support, including the following job responsibilities:

· Greet Prospects and Clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer enquiries promptly.

· Collect new or outstanding billing and payment from the Client.

· Print and hand over service invoices accurately.

· Call Clients, to book, remind and follow up on appointments.

· Answer all incoming calls promptly, and record call details accurately.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, as a clerk or receptionist.

· Minimum a Nitec in any discipline.

· Well-groomed, courteous, and meticulous.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Scope:

• Oversee and organize the daily schedule for the company's launch boat activities
• Manage logistics for launch arrangements for internal staff, including coordinating with external vendors for services
• Keep detailed records of launch movements for payment validation and related purposes
• Support the purchasing department in arranging logistics for the delivery of provisions, spare parts, and other supplies by both land and sea
• Review and verify relevant invoices
• Assist the purchasing department with any additional assigned tasks
• Carry out projects and duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, sales, or purchasing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively

• Welcoming guests upon their arrival at the hotel and assist them in handling their luggage and directing them to the front office reception for check-in.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of guests’ luggage (upon guests’ arrival & departure), count the number of pieces of luggage to ensure that no luggage goes missing.
• Ensure that the drive-in / driveway is clear at all times to facilitate loading and off-loading of luggage.
• Assist guest on their transportation needs and recommend the use of hotel facilities whenever possible.
• Deliver guests’ correspondence and packages to rooms or wherever designated.
• Ensure the workplace is clean and well maintained at all times.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the facilities of the hotel etc.
• Assist in driveway as required.
• To report on any loss and found item.
• Any other duties within reasonable scope as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest service and support operations would be an added advantage although training will be provided.
• Ability to converse in basic English for interaction with guests / understanding guests’ needs & request.
• Able to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor.
• A team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform 10 or 12 hours shift duties and able to work on weekend and during public holidays.
• Able to adhere to standard operating procedures / policies on workplace safety.
