Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for precise financial analysis and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software, preferably MYOB, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

You will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure completion of screening, assessment, anticipatory guidance and psychoeducation for mother-child dyads according to milestones
• Assist in care management and cross-referrals to specialists through dedicated protocols, based on mother and child profile and needs.
• Maintain a record of mother-child dyads/parents recruited in ChAMPION program and other data collation accurately on a timely basis
• Work with Family Nexus care coordinators to assist with arrangement of appointments as required.
• Work cohesively with Research Assistants in data collection and surveys.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Diploma with qualification in Health Promotion or Sciences will have an added advantage
• Preferably with some working experience in healthcare
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Savy in navigating IT programs
• Self motivated and has interest in patient care
• Good communication and coordinating skills
• Proactive and a team player
• Able to work 5.5 days workweek

Verify the quantity and ensure promptiness of progress claims.

Make check and balances.

Filing of claims and monitoring progress.

Ensure billing is prompt and accurate.

Create reports and keep track of the billings for work done.

A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Admin Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team.

This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide shared support to Service Sales & Operations team
2. Handle customer’s enquiries via phone call and emails in his/her assigned territory
3. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
4. Effectively schedule and follow up on customer work orders for automatic doors breakdown, installation, and/or preventive maintenance until closure for Service Engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations.
5. Liaise and coordinate with Warehouse to facilitate materials and equipment to meet delivery KPI (Key performance indicators).
6. Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.
7. Assist in back up of tasks when respective team member is out of office
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor or head of department from time to time.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION

1. Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
2. Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office such as MS Excel (e.g VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).

Qualification:

1. Diploma in business adminstration/engineering or equivalent
