Job Description:

· Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, attendance tracking and payment processes.

· Manage front desk and attend to walk-in customers, students’ enquiries, feedbacks, complaints and requests.

· Attend to email, phone enquiries pertaining to courses.

· Co-ordinate various school admin matters between different departments.

· Provide assistance to Head of School and Lecturers when needed.

· Assist in ad-hoc department responsibilities such as marketing workshops and outreach, Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony etc. when such needs arises.

· Support other duties assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or full GCE ‘A’ level holder.

· Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience in an academic institution.

· Good track record in service industry, passionate about customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
• Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
• Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters.
• Liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
• Maintaining and updating companies’ statutory registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
• Performing related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field
• Minimum Diploma, or Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

The following is a plus:

• Knowledge of BizFile and XBRL will be a plus.

• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.

· Report to Property Manager.

· Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the property under your management.

· Assist in the supervision of building repair and improvement works.

· Manage all maintenance issues and attending to tenants’ requests/feedback.

· Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

· Ensure consistency and compliance with specifications and building regulations.

· Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the tenants operating within the managed properties.

· Manage all operational matters including Facility and Security of the property

· Oversee the logistic operations for the self-storage facility.

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management or other any related field

• At least 2 years of experience in similar field

• Experience in property and facilities management preferred

• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills

• Experience in using MS Office
