· Salary Package: $3200 to $4500 (Basic salary + commission)

· Attractive & Competitive remuneration package, with commissions typically $1500 to $2800.

Key Responsibilities

1) Actively seeking out and contacting potential clients

2) Attending to sales enquires, preparing Sales Agreement, service coordination.

3) Price negotiations with clients and customer delivery issues

4) Support e-commerce sales and preparation of orders

5) Management of sales inventory/stock

Requirements:

1) O & A levels, Diploma / Degree, with at least 2 years in real sales experience.

2) Bilingual, an O level pass in Maths at least.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Attend meeting with client, when necessary.

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.
• Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

This position will entail travelling within the region and assignments on marine construction barges offshore during installation works.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly responsible on all engineering, planning, loadout, materials and all other technical services essential to support the construction and installation activities at the offshore worksite
• Make sure that all project preparation is in order and that construction personnel fully comprehend and properly apply the installation procedures' details.
• Co-ordinate and request from the Offshore Construction Manager or barge Foreman any resources required by his subordinates
• Review project planning with a view to improving on the completion date, if possible during implementation
• He shall at all times know the current progress of the project with respect to planning and should be able to give details of why project is ahead/behind schedule at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical / Professional: Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred
• Possess a dynamic and outgoing character that can communicate with all working levels
• Willing to travel overseas and work on site
