• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.

• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with marketing and production.

• Understand the different technical aspects of the project including the capabilities and limitations of the systems.

• Support the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created for product development in JIRA, Confluence.
• Groom the product backlog, prioritise user stories, technical tasks and bug fixes into the sprints.
• Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release
• Responsible to track the application bugs, assess impact and severity of bugs.
• Follow up and support assistance where required for team to resolve any impediments or issues they faced from their daily standup.
• Bridge communication between multiple teams (business and technical).
• Creating documentation or presentations when necessary.
• Measure project development velocity, perform and manage the project risks.
• Identify and escalate any important risk.
• Continuously gather user feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
• Assist in government processes, such as procurement, project finance and any other administrative needs in accordance to government policies and documentation requirements

What you'll do:

• Managing day to day work assignment to the other site supervisory staff (Site technical officers) and maintain records of their deployment.
• Provide Administrative support on all matters related to the project including processing of monthly progress claim payment and attending meetings.

• Assist in monitoring all the required documents submission – to facilitate the handover of the complete rectification works, that are carried out by the appointed third-party Contractor.

• Reports to Retail Manager

• Ensures service standards and individual performances are aligned with Accor Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.
• Follows sustainable procedures and practices that support ‘Planet 21’ initiatives (Accor’s Corporate Social Responsibility program).
• Adheres to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensures all direct reports are trained in, and follows WSH guidelines.
• Personally handles and follows up on any guest complaints and incidences, together with Lobby Manager and/or respective hotel colleague(s), in a manner which aligns to the hotel’s values, policies and procedures.
• Undertakes any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
