Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including conducting internal audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Business Partnering: Act as a financial business partner to departments across the organization, including sales, operations, and marketing, providing financial insights and advice on business strategies, pricing, and investments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of junior finance professionals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the finance department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
• Previous experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel) and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate finance best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-growing or startup environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
