Reporting to the Operations Lead on Front desk parents connections at the front desk and centre operations matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role.

This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.

This job also involves daily review and ensure accuracy in student pick up by bus and teachers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily engagement with Parents and Students
• Daily connection with Parents during Student drop off and pick up
• Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc)
• Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and students’ attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus
• attendance forms, etc.
• Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary
• Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
• Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to communicate well with Students and also parents
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
• Need to have a sense of urgency.
• Need to be careful, detail and understand the importance of students pick and sign in/out accuracy

Main Responsibilities

• In-charge for lease renewal agreement, negotiate and follow-up on terms of lease with stall tenants.
• Monitor sales and provide monthly sales, P&L reports
• Handle paperwork related to licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Direct and manage retail stalls according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Manage external service providers
• Tech Savvy, hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to coffeeshop/food court operations and customer issues
• Work closely with the cross functional departments to ensure business continuity
• Point of contact between outlet and HQ
• Train Outlet staff on Point-of-Sales (POS)
• Manage equipment maintenance
• Ensure the smooth operations of the outlet
• Ad-hoc deliveries of goods/forms to outlets
• Other work scope as required by business needs

Requirements

• SG/PR Only
• Nitec or above
• 1 year or more experience with similar roles before is advantageous.
• Possess a valid class 3 Singapore driving licence to drive company van
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin as internal communications are with Chinese Stakeholders
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point); added bonus on knowledge with POS system.
