Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission and processing labour cost
• Manages the recruitment process
• Proactively source for talents from all channels
• Assists in developing and implementing HR analytics in reviewing effectiveness of recruitment and retention initiatives
• Perform on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent

3. Responsible for the SEO projects of the website, develop strategies, and supervise implementation to ensure the achievement of traffic targets.
4. Analyze the inclusion and ranking rules of mainstream search engines such as Google and Bing, propose SEO strategies, and continuously adjust and improve the SEO implementation plan for each website.

2. Skilled in website page optimization and proficient in using various search engine tools.
3. Skilled in keyword expansion and optimization, with a clear logical structure planning.
4. More than 3 years of SEO experience, with successful cases of SEO projects, including successful cases of English SEO projects.
5. Good communication skills and team spirit, strong innovation awareness and sharing consciousness, able to adapt to high-pressure work.
6. Strong data analysis ability, good at using website analysis tools to analyze website problems and provide reasonable solutions.
