Job Responsibilities:

• Collect wine from merchant, repackage it and deliver to customers island-wide
• Delivery items can include wines, beers, kegs and may be delivered to homes, hotels, restaurants, etc.
• Ensure timely delivery
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Picking & packing of goods for delivery

Job Requirements:

• Class 3/3A Driving License
• At least 1 year of delivery experience preferred
• Must be able to carry bulky items
• Good spoken English

Company vehicle:

• You will be provided with a company vehicle

Working hours:

• 6 days work week
• OT will be paid if you are required to work more than 44 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in business oriented matters
• Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
