They are looking to appoint a Manager to help manage its Development team, whose primary responsibility is to build strong bonds and networks with existing and prospective donors, with a view to raising funds for the Institute and its projects. Job Description

• Work closely with Associate Director (Fundraising and Donor Relations) in increasing support from donors; routinely identify and qualify prospective donors for donations.
• Support fundraising through select special projects/ initiatives and solicit gifts from major donors as appropriate.
• Donor/ prospect research and fundraising pipeline building.
• Establish and conduct a comprehensive review of donors/ prospect and support efforts to forge new relationships to build visibility, impact and financial resources.
• Oversight of the donors "thank you" process with the preparation of stewardship and endowment reports, consultation on donors recognition opportunities.
• Manage communication/ correspondence to donors. Prepare all donor(s)' stewardship reports to those providing endowed funds or whose gifts are for specific purposes that require outcome reports.
• Facilitate the management and executive of donor events (e.g. donors recognition receptions, luncheons, dinners, dedication ceremonies). This may require coordination of invitations, speakers, food/ drink, guest lists, etc. with internal and external parties.
• Manage donor/ prospect records and database.

Requirement

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any dsicipline.
• Fundraising experience in a non-profit organisation or education institute is preferred. Relationship managers from private banking sectors are welcome to apply
• Exceptional research skills required to thoroughly identify, assess, and engage potential prospects and donors.
• Meticulous attention to detail, good customer service, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong administrative and logistical skills.

Business Development Manager (F&B)

Salary: $4500 - $5000

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Textile Centre 199018 (Jalan Besar/Lavender)

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.
• Prepare analysis reports for CF Department.
• Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
• Upkeep TMS & SAP.
• Submit application for delivery platform.
• Identifying ways to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours.
• Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with Department/Section Heads to ensure the sales target is met.
• Reassess the CF sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential.
• Assume Admin Coordinator (AC) duties when the AC is not present.

Operation

• Resolve all outlets issues such as maintenance, IT equipment etc.
• Coordinate with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks to ensure issues (mainly operations such as Hygiene) raised by HQ are resolved.
• Make sure outlet staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Review, amend and create new SOP when needed.
• Create recipe costing with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks.
• Prepare duty rooster for respective Department/Section if needed.
• Help with the redeployment of manpower in emergency situations.
• Calculate Monthly Roving Cost every month and submit to Accounts Department.
