Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Support

• Provide technical product support to importers via DISS Monitor Level 2
• Provide onsite/remote support to markets using telediagnosis, often requiring a direct diagnostic tool connection to the vehicle, typically using ODIS-S, iDEX, ODIS-E, or CP-Tool

2) Technical Problem Investigation

• Organize customer’s car with the importer for vehicle analysis

10) Market Liaison and Mentorship

11) Performance Review and Training

• Support relevant markets with performance reviews of KPIs and data analysis

Job Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that enhance the guest experience in the hotel industry. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy for the hospitality sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain a deep understanding of the hotel guest experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve guest satisfaction, and drive growth within the hospitality industry.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners in the hotel sector.
• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; and costing special and customized services for hotels.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes tailored to the hotel industry.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and guest impact in the hotel sector.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources, specifically for hotel-related products.
• Drive product launches including working with other product team members, sales teams, and marketing teams focused on the hospitality market.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure they are consistent with the product line strategy for hotels and that the message is effectively conveyed to the hospitality audience.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's hotel-related products to competitors' offerings.
• Support presales engagement with hotel groups for adoption of services.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the hotel industry.
• Represent the company by visiting hotel partners and customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle in the hotel sector.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management in the hotel industry.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web Technologies related to the hospitality market.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done in a hotel environment.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, specifically within the hotel sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
• Degree in Hotel Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Product Manager

Job Description and requirements:

• A degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or Arts & Social Sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management focused on enterprise ICT products.
• Knowledge of finance, business case development, P&L management, and forecasting.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent planning, organization, and project management abilities.
• Ability to conduct product and market research, customer journey mapping, and provide analytics to support decision-making.
• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with partners.
• Capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
• A strong interest in technology, particularly in areas like Internet services, Cloud, Web Hosting, DNS, Email, and Security.
• A passion for creativity and technology, especially gadgets, is a plus
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and writing in Chinese is a plus.

Product Executive

Job Description and requirements:

• Fresh graduates (Degree or above) or Polytechnic graduates with 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply for the Product Executive role. Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of finance, business case development, P&L, and forecasting is beneficial, with guidance available.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning, organization, and project management abilities, are essential.
• A passion for creativity and technology, particularly gadgets, is a plus.
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and writing in Chinese is a plus.
