Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and refund processing.

• Ensure all incoming deposits and receipts are regularly banked in and properly recorded.

• Assist in processing weekly payments.

• Monitor AR Aging and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Prepare bank reconciliations.

• Assist in audit matters (Internal & External Audit).

• Perform other accounting duties and ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Finance Manager/HOD.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Plan, allocate and set up facilities spaces such as functions rooms and lounges according to requirements
• Set up and oversee audio-visual (AV) requirements for courses and events

Requirements

• Preferably a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years' work experience in Inside Sales or Telemarketing.
• Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and resourceful.
• Experience working in a fast paced, agile environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
