As a Night Shift Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for daily cleaning and overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms assigned to you in accordance with our guidelines and SOPs. 3. Ad Hoc Duties:

- Follow strict SOPs to assist guests who may did not bring their keycards or retrieve their mobile key

- Respond to emergency situations (for example false alarm fire alarms) following established procedures and protocols.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate pertinent information to the day shift team for a smooth transition of operations.

- Collaborate with the day shift housekeeping department to manage room inventory, ensuring accurate status and availability.

5. Physical fitness

- You are required to move between buildings at night to perform your tasks and attend to guests requests. You must be fit and like being on the go.
