Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, web, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Experience in developing, implementing, tracking and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
• Ability to use digital marketing measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing spend and provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making

Role description:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Regional Change Head, the Project Manager will lead and drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the CTO function to support Nomura's business strategy and deliver consistent group-wide services.

The Project Manager will manage and coordinate large, complex transformation programs across cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment with stakeholders across the organization.

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PMI, Prince 2), tools and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project metrics, team availability, project changes, project activities, project information, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in managing administrative systems, liaising with managers, performing project management, relationship management, driving change, transformation office, and managing conflict.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance practices in the financial services industry.
