What is the role?

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Operational Excellence through Owner, Tenant and Member (collectively “Residents”) communication and engagement, problem resolution and timely follow up. THE ROLE:

The SEMI Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Director, Global Workforce Development with excellent leadership, organizational and communications skills to work with Foundation leadership to conceive, support, organize, promote, and implement effective workforce development initiatives across SEMI’s global Asia-Pacific regions. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising across either sales, marketing, consulting, or media
• 5+ years digital media sales experience growing customers in APAC
• 5+ years of managing regionally headquartered customers and understanding of the APAC media landscape
• Experience dealing with CMO / Media Director when closing deals

The Director is a lead to steward the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction. He or she serves as the senior contact and will drive quality control, approving communication strategies, plans and key tactics delivered by the team across online and offline planning.

This individual will manage a structured team to engage and drive conversations with key partners (including creative agencies) that involves account and media planning, new opportunities, branded content, negotiations, as well as support and collaborate on relevant projects to scale learnings that is required of the account.

Key Accountabilities:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

1. Work with, and report to SOCIAL F+B’s Global Principal on all projects run through SOCIAL F+B BY "DESIGN" (SOCIAL F+B) Singapore

2. Work with integrity and initiative to deliver client’s expectations at each stage of a project, working with current team & develop future team, by guiding each member to exceed their perception of what can be achieved on each project.
