AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the AI Innovation team as an Assistant Programme Manager / Senior Executive. Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Programme Manager / Senior Executive will manage, execute, support and track the progress of one or many concurrent programmes/initiatives, to bring the programmes to their successful completion. He / She is expected to:

• Work closely with the AI Innovation team and other stakeholders as required.
• Plan, coordinate and communicate programme plans, timelines and activities to internal and external AI Singapore stakeholders.
• Participate in programme launch activities such as estimation of efforts, preparation of high-level plans with timeline and resource-related requirements such as staffing and coordination.

Job Summary

The Customer Support Director (CSD) is responsible for overall regional customer support topics and acts as the second level escalation to all customer complaints; they are the customer advocate within Safran Cabin Services. Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to identification of relevant initiatives on Climate, Environment and Health in Singapore and Southeast Asia and development of collaborations;

Job Summary

Responsible for handling regional and market Finance responsibilities. Oversee the Regional finance and Singapore finance and accounting team to improve financial controlling and reporting requirements for the company. Manage financing and industry requirements as well as balancing the risks exposure for the company. REGIONAL

Accounting & balance sheet governance

• Ensuring strong financial control environment over AR / AP / GL and month close process to safeguard company assets

2. Key Responsibilities

Client Supervision

• Provide administrative and operational support in overall Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) Programme operations. Ensure smooth running of SRSF Programme operations and oversee daily SRSF Programme operational issues and statistical collection.
• Handle day-to-day general queries from SRSF Programme residents.
• Assist in the admission and orientation of new SRSF Programme residents.
• Issue warning letters to residents for non-compliance with SRSF Programme regulations.
• Make recommendations for the discharge of residents to the Discharge Committee.

Conflict Management

• Manage moderate to significant disputes that may occur between co-living residents.
• Respond to incidents within rental units, such as de-escalating crisis situations and notify the Management / Housing and Development Board (HDB).

Workplace Safety and Health

• Support in maintaining the security, health, and safety of the SRSF Programme environment and liaise with external parties during emergencies (E.g., CNB, Police, Ambulance, etc.); upon discovery of illegal activities in the SRSF Programme, take immediate measures including notifying the police to stop such activities from continuing.
• Liaise with external parties for maintenance of SRSF Programme premises (E.g., Pest Control, Cleaning Services, etc.)
