Overview

• To support marketing and administrative efforts in email blasting for events, marketing collaterals, social medial updates and ecosystem engagement materials
• To assist in event/study trip planning and management
• To liaise with various departments to handle requests and queries
• To assist in knowledge management process via housekeeping and archiving of documentation pertaining to the department/meetings
• To support other operational activities of the Programme Office

Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in marketing and communications
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred
• Competent in computer skills (especially Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in online meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
