RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive increased revenue growth for the company. This role will define and execute new business opportunities supporting the company's growth objectives person in this role works closely with the Delivery Head and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the business development strategy.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all business development related matters.
• Formulate business strategies and execute sales plan to achieve goals in market share, revenue and profit
• Identify new opportunities, develop new business and customers in existing and new market segments
• Manage all sales related activities, including proposal preparation, presentation, contract and terms negotiations, periodic price negotiation and cost analysis, liability and exposure management and negotiation, etc.
• To be able to engage in full sales cycle starting from sourcing to closing a deal.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Work with internal stakeholders for project delivery
• Client and market research analysis to seek new opportunities for growing/expanding work with existing & potential
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Responsible for client relationship, management of the contract, strategic positioning for growth and people management on the account

Leadership Management

• Leads all business development efforts that include business development strategies and activities.
• Lead a team of sales personnel & account managers to achieve KPIs.

Requirement:

• Degree in marketing, business, economics or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of Sales, Business Development or client servicing role within the B2B technology or BFSI industry
• Preferred domain expertise including products, solutions and services in BFSI industry.
• Well built partnership & relationship in BFSI ecosystem.
• Proven track record of business development in past working experiences including internal and external successful collaborative experience would be an added advantage.
• Target driven, self-starter with ability to deliver on targets.
• Able to juggle multiple client at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Independent and proactive work attitude, with good business acumen.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements
• Manage scheduling and programming including labour and resources to ensure projects meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives
• Strategically plan and execute risk identification and change management
• Chair WSH committee and attend site meetings with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
• Lead and manage all staff on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations to meet objectives and targets
• Establish and implement controls to ensure that safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Able to manage teams well and meet project timelines
