Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Group Human Resource, the HR Officer is required to provide administrative support to HR department in full spectrum of the HR functions.
Responsibilities
The job functions include but not limited to:-
1. Recruitment & Selection
a) Post job advertisement.
b) Coordinate and arrange for interviews.
c) Conduct interview for temporary staff, interns, contract for service personnel.
d) Ensure documents are provided by job applicants.
e) Resumes Management in the HR portal.
2. Onboarding of New Staff
Ensure that the necessary are prepared for new staff before their first day of work.
3. Offboarding of Resigned Staff
Handle the resigned employee clearance and exit processes.
4. Confirmation of New Staff
Monitor the new staff join date and their probationary period and ensure that they are confirmed duly.
5. Attendance & Punctuality
Update, maintain and monitor the employees’ attendance and punctuality records.
Ensure that the urgent / outstanding leave are applied in the leave system.
6. Payroll Preparation
Verify the temp staff timesheet, claims on overtime / time off / taxi claims.
7. Administer Welfare and Benefit schemes.
8. Organize and Co-ordinate for training activities; update training records.
9. Provide Administrative Support
a) Support and perform testing in HR automation projects.
b) Perform data entry of staff records in HR system.
c) Organize and update HR files and documents in drive.
d) Perform any other duties and projects as and when assigned.
Requirements
1. Diploma in Business / Human Resource or its other equivalent.
2. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in HR profession.
3. Someone who has performed HR generalist roles and is familiar with recruitment, interview, payroll, HR administration etc would be most ideal.
4. Someone who is keen to contribute, learn and grow as HR professional.
5. Have good communication and writing skills.
6. Meticulous, possesses great initiative, can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in using MS Excel (V look up), Powerpoint and HRIQ system.

· Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
· Five (5) day work week, Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm (With 1 Hour Break)
