· Receptionist duties, e.g., daily mail, answering telephone calls.
· Ensure proper execution of all office administrative tasks.
· Assist HR to prepare simple reports such as interview/recruitment update.
· Send e-mails or call applicants to arrange for interviews.
· Pantry upkeep and replenish supplies, including drinking water.
· Issue Company's phones and SIM cards.
· Office machines upkeep and maintenance.
· Check Starhub monthly billings of employees.
· Check Office staff punch cards, movement & attendance.
· Prepare staff monthly salary attendance sheet for payment.
· Issue Staff Birthday vouchers.
· Check attendance and key in all office staff for AL, MC, NPL, OIL.
· Help to advertise (English papers) for staff and SG when necessary.
· Ordering of office stationery for office and outlet staff.
· Ordering and issuance of all (BW and SG) outlet staff uniforms/ cleaning towels/ apron /caps and check stock.
· Work with L&D Executive to check Outlet staff for Food Hygiene Cert.
· Assist L&D Executive to arrange for FSH training for new outlet staff where necessary.
· Check company vehicles Petrol credit card.
· Manage staff condolence matters.
· Administering Long Service Award.
