Role
Your role as Sales Executive-Farmer is to be the key point of contact between OneO2Plants and its clients: nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, understanding client’s needs, providing solutions to meet those needs, and introducing new products.
You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
You will play a crucial role maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from current clients, for the company.
Responsibilities
1. Account & Client Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
· Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
· Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
· Managing existing client accounts.
· Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
2. Sales Target Achievements:
· Focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales targets.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
· Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
· Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
· Monitor and report on sales performance.
