Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of processes and workflows, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining consistency and fairness throughout the hiring process.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of recruitment experience. You have demonstrated the ability to recruit for a variety of roles, from entry-level operational positions to managerial and technical roles.
• You have a familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework related to employment in Singapore, including
• You possess a solid understanding of Singapore’s labor market, including sourcing techniques and compensation benchmarks for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
